How to Exercise Your Rights

Delete Your Account

Mobile app users can delete their account directly: Me → Delete Account. This removes your authentication credentials and redacts personal identifiers on your account.

Email Us

For access, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests, email privacy@trueedge.bet with:

  • Your name and email address associated with your account
  • The specific right you wish to exercise
  • Enough information for us to verify your identity

We will respond within a reasonable timeframe, generally within 45 days for California residents.

Opt Out of Marketing Emails

Click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email, or email privacy@trueedge.bet.

California Residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have additional rights including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale/sharing. As stated above, we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

California residents may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on their behalf. The agent must provide proof of authorization.
