3.1 Marketing Communications

4. AI and Automated Processing

TrueEdge uses machine learning and large language models (including services provided by Anthropic) to generate prop analyses, narratives, and summaries. To produce this content, we may send game, player, and statistical context to our AI providers. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for informational purposes only — it is not betting advice or a recommendation to wager. 5. Third-Party Service Providers

We share information with service providers who process data on our behalf, subject to contractual obligations to protect your information:

When you subscribe through Apple App Store or Google Play, payment information is processed by those platforms. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

6. Data Retention

• Active accounts: We retain account and bet data while your account is active.
• Deleted accounts: You may delete your account in the app (Me → Delete Account) or by emailing privacy@trueedge.bet. Upon deletion, we remove your authentication credentials and redact personal identifiers on your user record. Anonymized or aggregated analytics data may be retained for service improvement and legal compliance.
• Email subscriptions: Retained until you unsubscribe.
• Analytics: Aggregated data may be retained indefinitely.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use essential cookies for site functionality and, with your consent, analytics cookies (Google Analytics) on our website. We do not currently use third-party advertising or retargeting pixels. The TrueEdge mobile app requires users to be at least 21 years of age. The website is intended for users who are of legal gambling age in their jurisdiction (at least 18, or 21 where that is the legal gambling age).

Our Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The mobile app enforces a 21+ age gate before any content is displayed.
